Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

We will refund your return shipping charges if a mistake has been made on our part.

If a wrong item has been ordered by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges for the item being returned. Please provide us with a tracking number to supply our warehouse as proof of shipment. When we receive your returned item we will give you a credit for the web store to use toward your future order. Use your unique code during checkout to deduct this amount from your new order total.
